Baked blueberry almond oatmeal Simply filling + 1sp 

1/3c quick oats uncooked
1/4c blueberries plus a couple to put on top
1 egg beaten or 2 egg whites or 1/4c egg substitute
1/4c skim milk
1/4 tsp almond extract
1/2 tsp baking powder
sweetener to taste
5g slivered almonds
1/4 tsp sugar to sprinkle on top 0sp

Add everything but the almonds and the 1/2 tsp sugar in a bowl.
Spray a ramekin or small baking dish with non stick spray.
Put the mixture in the bowl. Add a couple of blueberries on top, the almonds and the sugar.

I baked my in a 375 degree toaster oven for 25 minutes.

Makes 1 serving
If you leave off the almonds it's Simply Filling 0sp

I'd like to make a batch of these to freeze. What is the proportions for 6 or 12?

Sorry I only make single servings. You could make it in a pan and cut it into squares?

Hallie they're simply filling I don't follow the point program!
